How to use:

Our Ritual Nourish postpartum hair growth oil can be used in two ways:

1. As a Deep Scalp Treatment

For deeply hydrated, fuller, and glossy hair, use the Ritual Nourish oil as a pre-wash scalp treatment. Follow these steps for the best results:

• Step 1: Start with dry hair and part your hair into sections for easier application.
• Step 2: Using the pipette, apply a few drops of oil directly to your scalp. Gently massage the oil into your scalp in circular motions to stimulate blood flow. You don’t need to use a lot—just enough to lightly cover the scalp and target problem areas where you experience the most hair thinning and loss.
• Step 3: Optionally, work any remaining oil through the lengths and ends of your hair for added nourishment.
• Step 4: Leave the oil on for at least 2 hours (or overnight for a more intense treatment). Rinse thoroughly and follow up with your shampoo and conditioner routine. Use this treatment 1-3 times per week for optimal results.

2. As a Post-Styling Finishing Oil

After styling your hair, use the Ritual Nourish oil to add shine, reduce breakage, and give your hair a polished finish:

• Step 1: Once your hair is dry and styled, take 2-3 drops of oil (adjust based on your hair’s length and thickness).
• Step 2: Rub the oil between your palms and smooth it over the lengths and ends of your hair, focusing especially on the tips to prevent breakage and add a glossy shine.
• Step 3: Avoid applying too much oil near the roots. This will leave your hair looking polished, sleek, and radiant.
